What we collect
If you register your Founding 100 interest, we collect your first name, email address, selected interest, any personal suggestion you choose to share, and your consent choices.
Why we collect it
We use your response to manage Founding 100 interest and identify recurring ideas. We only use your email for occasional Brositivity news and project updates when you separately choose that optional checkbox.
How it is stored
Founding 100 responses are stored as private records inside this WordPress website and are available only to authorised site administrators. Your 60-second reset history is different: it stays only in your browser and is never sent to Brositivity.
Certificates and the Brositivity 100
Certificate personalisation is created on your device. Names, award messages and selected photos are not uploaded to Brositivity. Photos are held in browser memory while you create. When you share, copy or download a certificate, its words and selected photo are included in the file going to your chosen app, clipboard or device.
If you recommend someone, put yourself forward or register interest in the Brositivity 100, we collect your name, email, submission type, and, where provided, the recommended first name, story focus and short story. We store those details as private WordPress records for review and follow-up about that submission. Your submission does not enrol you in general marketing emails or give permission to publish a person, photo or story. Separate permission is sought before publication.
A short-lived hashed connection identifier is used to limit repeated submissions; it expires after one minute. Contact hello@brositivity.com if you want to ask about, correct or remove your submission.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential technical cookies for security and administration. Your colour-mode preference and 60-second reset history are stored locally on your device. Optional analytics or marketing tools will not be enabled without an appropriate consent choice.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your Founding 100 response, or withdraw an email-updates choice at any time by emailing hello@brositivity.com.
